脖子僵硬的难受

虽然在刚进入这行的时候就知道会有这样的问题,但没想到这么快就显现了！最近感觉脖子己经僵硬到不行了,抬头转头低头都有点酸了.而老婆也有这样的情况！可怎么办呢?
